Your Initial Session
Duration 2-3 Hours

What to expect: At this point we have been in touch over the phone, and we have shared what changes you would like to make happen and all other necessary details.
We have a plan!
First to check off the list is sharing of knowledge. From me to you....
Having basic knowledge of habitual behaviors and patterns is extremely beneficial. The more you understand the why's and how's the more aware of the triggers you will be. You do not have to have a PHd in Psychology or Neuroscience to understand it.
Having this knowledge is absolutely paramount! Without it, the odds of success drop dramatically to 5%.
So many have not taken the time to discover why the habit was formed, and what the triggers are that keeps sending you back.
Once we're able to point arrows in the right direction, discovering what the cues are in your life that create the craving, resulting in what your brain believes is the reward.
If we are both comfortable with moving forward at this point we can begin with a (60 minute) session. If not, we will complete a relaxation session or you will be provided with an audio session to listen to at home until we meet again.
You will have homework! Not the bad kind, that no one likes...
Homework that will encourage you to look deeper into your patterns, like you probably never have. You'll start noticing little cues that once drove you right back to the habit, that you never noticed before!
Noticing when and why you had the craving is one of the most crucial steps to changing a pattern...
And by your next session, you'll be busting to tell me all about them and how you conquered them.
Individual Sessions
Duration: 1.5 - 2 Hours
Held 1-2 weeks after initial session

What to expect: We always begin with "Fill Me In". I want to know any challenges, setbacks, and victories you had since your initial session.
Knowing more about what you are faced with daily will help me choose the perfect method to reach beyond your critical thinking and disarm any lingering beliefs you have.
Having spent a few days stewing with new beliefs, it is important to share any new emotions or perceptions you may have experienced.
This will help in determining the approach for this session.
Every client is different, presenting with different triggers, cues and rewards, there is never a carved out "plan" or "script" for my sessions. I listen intently, paying close attention and ask many questions.
I am very invested in your success!

Follow Ups (Boosts)
Duration: 30-45 Minutes
Held: When needed, within 24 months

What to expect: Slip ups happen.
Life happens. When it does, you will have a Boost session in your back pocket.
We will complete a quick "Fill Me In" chat and proceed to a reinforcement session.
These sessions are similar to a re-set button, bringing you and your mind back to where you want to be.
